By accessing or using IPScanner.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by QuantNest Technologies ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

IPScanner.in provides free, web-based cybersecurity and network diagnostic tools including IP reputation checking, DNS lookups, SSL certificate verification, email header analysis, and URL reputation scanning. The Service aggregates data from publicly available threat intelligence sources and presents it in a user-friendly interface.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Service to conduct unauthorized scanning or reconnaissance of systems you do not own or have permission to test
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to bulk-query the Service without prior written consent
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or threaten any individual
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without authorization
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code

4. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits on API requests. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. Current limits are 10 requests per minute per IP address. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or results provided by the Service. Threat intelligence data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain inaccuracies or lag behind real-time conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantNest Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹500 INR.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, trademarks, and code on IPScanner.in are the intellectual property of QuantNest Technologies unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party APIs and data providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of service of these third-party providers. Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
